Zem Contact Form Issues - Invalid utf-8 characters??

Hey,
I have set up some zem_contact_reborn forms, and i’ve used them in many sites before and its great!
but somehow, when i test the forms that i’ve set up… i get the error message:
“Email” contains invalid UTF-8 characters.
“First Name” contains invalid UTF-8 characters.
“Last Name” contains invalid UTF-8 characters.
“Organization” contains invalid UTF-8 characters.
“Phone Number” contains invalid UTF-8 characters.
“Address” contains invalid UTF-8 characters.
“City” contains invalid UTF-8 characters.
“Postal Code” contains invalid UTF-8 characters.

what the heck? i don’t know enough to be able to troubleshoot this stuff. here is the page currently:

Can anyone let me know what I’ve done wrong, or what i need to do?

I copied and pasted the contact form exactly from my portfolio site (which works)
but somehow, on this site/page i continue to get those error messages. Is this a server thing?
