Change content based on user selection
Hi there
I am currently planning to port my Web site into TextPattern.
I have the following scenario:
Create a site that is not only multilingual but also can change content based on the user selection. For example, I have 6 flags for 6 different countries, when the user selects the one they are interested in, can I display only the pertinent content. I don’t mind keeping the same look and feel, just want to display different content.
Thank you very much

Re: Change content based on user selection
Thanks colak.
Now, what if I have the following scenario:
Let’s say that my site has the all prices in pesos (mexican currency). Then when the user clicks on the Costa Rica flag, the content changes and all services are displayed in colons(costa rican currency). The main thing here is not only that I am targetting the price according to the country but i can control the content accordingly.
Is there a way to do this with Text pattern?
Thanks a lot

Re: Change content based on user selection
If you are going to use the MLP Pack like colak suggested, and looking at the example you gave (Mexico, Costa Rica…), you’d still need a way (probably using sections) to discriminate between the countries. But Txp has so many conditional tags that I can’t imagine that what you want is not doable.
