txp:comment_permlink bug

Think this may be a bug – I am using the following code on the TXP Tips site for recent comments:

<txp:recent_comments limit="5" break="" wraptag="ul" class="category_list">
<li><txp:comment_name link="0" />: <txp:comment_permlink><txp:title /></txp:comment_permlink></li>
</txp:recent_comments>

The links display correctly on the front page, but on the individual pages the current URL is outputted instead of the link to the article.
