category tag linking

i have diff. sections, with a page for each one, so when i post something, i tag it under section and category. By doing this i can see same categorized post under correct sections. Now, when the post is displayed, the tag with the category name below the body, links to default-home section (index.php?c=the_category) instead of linking to article list under current category/section. how can i modify this?

You need to add this_section="1" to the <txp:category1 /> tag in your article form. The same goes for the category2 tag.
