Bert, you can read about the issue on the TXP Tips blog. I migrated the Feedburner account to an AdWords account by mistake (instead of my AdSense account).
Since I did not hear from Google, I created a new feed with Feedburner and deleted the old feed. Problem now is that it says the URI is already taken (TxpTips). Not sure what to do about it – posted a question on Feedburner Help Group.
