script errors - opening tagbuilder pop-up

This happens with the remora theme (and would happen with any third party theme that uses similar js set up).

Error (from the Firefox error console): $ is not defined
(of course it is not defined: there is no link to jquery.js :-))

Adding the link to jquery.js in textpattern/include/txp_tag.php fixes this.

IE (tested 8) is of course worse, as it pops up a whole window in front of you when it encounters an error.
