Looking for good tooltip

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good tooltip? I know about ako_boxover but have not used it. What I need is a mouseover effect on some YouTube thumbnails – the title of the article basically.

Any recommendations? There seem so many jQuery plugins it gets confusing! For example this one or this one…..
