Replace Files not working
Hi,
I’ve uploaded several files through admin and it works fine. The files are in the ‘file’ folder and they show up on the website etc.
When I go to edit and replace the file through admin, it says that filename.txt has been uploaded, but the details still show the original file. In the ‘file’ folder nothing has changed and the old file wasn’t swapped out for the new one.
Changed ‘files’ folder to 777 and it still won’t accept the replacement file. the ‘tmp’ folder appears ok too.
Any ideas?

Hi, have you checked if the actual file contents are changed.
For what I recall the file changes but the name remains the same.

The file contents don’t change. It just isn’t changing the file, name or contents.

Sorry then I think I cannot help here. I haven’t the slightest idea what may be causing this.
