[request] A tables Plugin?!
I want a plugin that can manage tables separately from the articles (a new tab maybe) and then just have it plugged in easily as one code line within an article to call upon it.
I know wordpress has this plugin:

and it really is amazing, because some of my clients have tables of specs and data, and it’s SO much easier for them just to plug it in themselves and edit it like we can in wordpress. I love textpattern to pieces, but this plugin really does wonders for me.
Something like it for textpattern would be a godsend.

textile has table support native. Why would you need a separate plugin to do what it does already? See : http://textile.thresholdstate.com/

Because I like the sorting option in this plugin, and when it comes down to clients, they find it easier like that, just to plug and add things that way…

You add table sorting with jquery plugin to any table you wish…
