This has been on my “Nice to have, but won’t change the world” list for a while.

I always think:

<txp:if_something>
<txp:else/>
<!-- not something -->
</txp:if_something >

is a bit clunky. A negate attribute on all the <txp:if... tags would be prettier:

< txp:if_something not="1">
<!-- not something -->
</txp:if_something >
