Category description

Hi all,

In a section page i need to display the related sticky, then a list of categories.
I have 1 sticky article for the section, the 1 sticky article for each category.

In the list of category, every item should be represented by the category title and a description, which is the excerpt of the related sticky

I have no idea on how to accomplish this… can you help me?

EDIT:
I know, obviously, how to assemble a list such the above, but i need a dynamic one, which change if the user adds categories to the section :-)
