#head height and firefox 3.0.4 under linux
could any linux user take a look at this page with firefox?
if i validate it in total validator with ff 3.0.4 under linux, tiny part of #container background-image shows up between #head and #wrapper. i think it because browser somehow displays #head height 1 px heigher -191px.
under all other op.sys-s and browsers its not the case.
anyone have a clue why ff/linux acting like this?
and one more little question: why browsers under mac and linux not displaying font i defined in my css file?

Using ff 3.0.5/ubuntu, I don’t see a problem, and to be honest I don’t quite understand what you mean, what has the validator to do with the display of your page? Would a screenshot help you?
But I’ve noticed often that ff/linux displays things different than ff/windows, I really hate that because I have to fix it for ff/win and I’ll be the one who keeps seeing the wrong layout… I don’t know why there is a difference between operating systems using the same browser.

A visitor has to have the font installed on his/her pc to be able to see it.

Is this how it is supposed to look?
A possibility with your validator screenshot is that it’s taken so fast that the images are not fully loaded. I’ve seen that before with screenshot services, it also happens that a (java)script needed fot layout isn’t loaded.
