Problem with clean URL on site running under TxP 4.0.8

I have three section on my site: Club, Tournaments and Library, and many categories.
Permalink mode is set to /section/title and there is one test article (named “Hello World”) linked to section “Club” & category1 “Rules” (Rules one of category in “Club” section).
When I browse site main page (default TxP page and style) I see my articles list and it`s ok. When I click to section or category link, I see articles list linked to this section/category and it`s ok too.
BUT – when clicking on article link, I get a page without article content!
Links to articles look like http://sitename.com/club/hello_world.

If I setting permlink mode to section/id/title OR type url like http://sitename.com/club/ID_NUMBER/hello_world (or just http://sitename.com/club/ID_NUMBER/) – all work perfectly.

Does it work if you disable zem_rewrite?
