Re: My featured TXP back-end
driz, I have the files but it’s quite a few versions ago and involved a modified header php-file for txp, so I need to update them for 4.07. I have little time at present so I’m afraid it won’t happen immediately. You can email me through the forum (click on email beneath my name).

3.° Obviously, you need to add all corresponding files within “js” and “css” directories :)
…And Voilà you have a beautiful thickbox preview of your articles directly into your back-end.
Where I can find these files? I just want to modify article preview images present, not only text. Maybe there are some plugins already exists?

If you mean these files
<link rel="stylesheet" href="css/thickbox.css" type="text/css" media="screen" />
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/jquery-compressed.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/thickbox.js"></script>
Jquery is in your textpattern folder and Thickbox:*&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&startIndex=&startPage=1 is easy to find.
