First part up, non-conditional rah_time. that can return any date, tommorrow, current time or day after tomorrow. (It also can renturn date in 1 000 years future, but counting that requires 64-bit system or PHP5.1+).
Edit vol.1. Just noticed that there is upm_datetime that is kinda same kind deal of meal :D
Edit vol.2. Now going to write the docs of rah_if_time. “Doc, this human readable text writing hurts.”
