Re-positioning pagination element on ike_slideshow

Hi,

I posted this query in the author support section for ike_slideshow, but I thought I’d post here too and see if anyone has successfully achieved what I hope to do. Basically, I want to move the pagination element on ike_slideshow from below the image to a separate div element (adjacent to the image) or at the very least, above the image. Has anyone modified the positioning on the pagination element before (more than just moving it left, centered or right)?
