Problems upgrading from 4.0.6 to 4.0.7

I’ve a couple of issues when upgrading;

When I upgrade to 4.0.7, I get the message below from the diagnostics section. Is that normal especially because it’s in red?

I also have the delete button which appears on the Page template appear as ASCII characters as well. See image. How to fix this?

Some Textpattern files are out of date:
/../index.php,
/include/txp_auth.php,
/include/txp_category.php,
/include/txp_css.php,
/include/txp_diag.php,
/include/txp_import.php,

Re-upload all of the files. You apparently have updated just a fraction of your previous Textpattern files.

Re: Problems upgrading from 4.0.6 to 4.0.7

I did. For some reason, when FTPing, the files wouldn’t be overwritten. So I had to manually delete each file individually.

One more question;

Does it matter for those files that say they were modified? Or is that just a notice I can ignore;

Some Textpattern files have been modified:
/css.php,
/lib/txplib_admin.php,
/update/_to_1.0.0.php,
/update/_to_4.0.2.php

It matters. Make sure you use ‘type binary’ for uploading the files.
