Re: Feedback on the Textpattern 4.0.7 release
Im really glad there has been a new release mainly as the speculation of a dying TXP has been quite prominent on many blogs over the last year. I use txp on quite a few sites but would like some examples of what the new release will enable me to do?
Cheers

You may want to read some of the other articles in the weblog as well. Most of the recent ones deal with new features in 4.0.7. Examples are usually included. Whether these changes are useful for you, that really depends on what you use Textpattern for ;)

Re: Feedback on the Textpattern 4.0.7 release
Just upgraded 9 Textpattern sites, I’m so glad the code is so small, makes for an easy and fast upgrade.
Thanks to Ruud and Wet, let’s hope Matt doesn’t hire them away ;)

Re: Feedback on the Textpattern 4.0.7 release
Just upgraded to 4.0.7 version. It is wonderful and great work. Much thanks to Rudd and Wet and all who involved for the 4.0.7 version.
Thank you.

Re: Feedback on the Textpattern 4.0.7 release
After using 4.0.7 for a couple of days, the only thing my eyes couldn’t get used to was the *?* next to Title and Body for popup help.
I went in and added, the following to textpattern.css:
.pophelp {
display: none;
}
Maybe one day extended help could be an admin option.

^^ I wouldn’t mind removing those popup helps for body and title. I cannot imagine how those fields could cause confusion or questions.
