databse error, how to fix?

Hi,
installing a plugin I had a database error (PostMaster)
Now the plugin doesnt work and I cant even delete it.

I cant loose all the info I have in my website (comments, articles etc…)
How would I fix this problem?
Can I back up all the content and then upload it to a new instalation?

• Place your install into “LIVE” mode. The PM errors should disappear.
• If you have access to a DB editing tool like PHPmyAdmin, use that to “empty” the plugin table (you’ll have to reinstall existing plugins.
• You can also get rid of the bab_pm_subscribers and bab_pm_lists tables by “drop“ing them
