[request] Who can share a plugins eg: autolinks?
Same as title:
i find long time, can`t get a plugins for aoto link a keywords set auto output a links,
i write a article with some one words i wanna set it auto linked (same as wordpress plugins: alinks ).
eg:
……………. textpattern………………………
the words “textpattern” is my wanna autolink set,i want it auto linked output as “ <a href=“http://www.textpattern.com” target=”_blank”>textpattern</a>
so this .
who can share a plugins for it? or help me to find it?

With share you possible mean to “make”. I could do it, in theory but I’m too busy at the moment. As far as I know, there isn’t autolinking plugin for Textpattern – yet. You can ofcourse use some of those Javascript widgets that some index/search providers provide, plus then it will be completely automatic.
The pros and cons about that autolinking system;
- It can not be real live updating, but instead, it should be cached. That means that the links are saved in the article and generated while article is beeing saved.
- That fact is because the page loading speed. Parsing 1000 words would take some time, time that can not be wasted from visitors.
- Does visitor like autolinks? Most likely not, in example i hate magizines that link ebay products while talking about how much PSP CRS is being improved.

It could be admin-side plugin, when at some tab you can choose which word from articles will link somewhere. But it must update Body field, then launch textile parsing to update then Body_html field. And, i think, it should output possible replacments to confirm replacement.
This plugin, i want to say, is rather intersing idea :) Thought about it several times.
Providing help in hacking ATM! Come to courses and don’t forget to bring us notebook and hammer! What for notebook? What a kind of hacker you are without notebok?
