Problem with apostrophe and file upload
I tried to upload a file with (‘) sign in the name.
TXP rename (‘) to (\’), lock the file and label it “missing”.
Is it bug in txp?
How can I delete the locked file? (EDIT: I delete it with cPanel.)
EDIT: I found that (`) works for file names and (‘) doesn’t.

Yes, that’s a bug. Thanks for reporting it!
Should be fixed in SVN changeset 2975

Re: Problem with apostrophe and file upload
I’ve had this same problem, and I’m wondering if it is possible to rename a file from within Textpattern. The alternative seems to be to rename it elsewhere and upload again. Is that the only option?

Please don’t double post, I’ve deleted your identical post in the other thread. Also, it’s better to start a new topic than to post in a thread that is not or only marginally related to your question.
Here is another thread about renaming files.
