Adding anchor links

I’m sure this must be simple. I can add links to an article but I can’t seem to find out how to make anchor links using the Textile system.

Is this what you mean?

"link to The Heading":#theHeading
h1(#theHeading). The Heading

"link to the span":#theSpan
this is %(#theSpan)The Span%
