I can't create Category (v 4.0.6 ) such as article, image, file....

Dear All,
Greetings from Sheru!

I am having problem creating Category such as article category, file category and so on..
While creating category, message is displayed created but it actually does not display or says non-exists. That is no display below category.
But it actually insert the value in txp_category table. Even it inserts it does not display. I even repaired all table but no success..

What am I making mistakes? Could anyone guide me?
