Recommendations on a Contact Manager

Hey guys – I need your collective help finding a good solution to manage my contacts. Here are the basic requirements:

• Open source solution that I can run on a local web server
• Ability to manage contact information for people/companies
• Mobile friendly access (or the ability to create different views)

The key thing here is that I want the data sitting on my server so this rules out Facebook, 37signal, Gmail, etc. I’d really appreciate any help here.

You could do worse than this one: Sugar CRM

Although it may be larger than your needs.
