Help getting TextPattern on RSS Feed using categories/tags to filter

Hi. I need some help.

Here is my feed I’m trying to get posts from this blog to show up on
http://sltechnical.metavirtual.us

that feed uses feedwordpress to filter feed posts from the contributors list using the tag/category MV-SL-Technical

I’ve got one user who uses textpattern (smart user- if I had known about it I’d have used it myself). I can’t seem to figure out how I can
get textpattern tagged/categorized posts to aggregate to the feed. I’ve tried so far: normal categories, inserting a tag URL (similar to technorati style but for wordpress), and tru_tags. Any insight would be greatly appreciated and I’ve searched the forums all last evening but I was unsure of the search terms so if this has posted before please point me to it and I truly apologize. Most everyone uses blogger/wordpress in the community so far, but I am sure others use better products (textpattern) so I’d like to get this fixed before the public comes.

Thank you for your help, in advance. I’m about to rip some hair out.
