email form error
I am using zem_contact_reborn to create an email form:www.thearts4.com/contact/
My problem is that once the submitt button is click i receive a an error message stating:Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, support@supportwebsite.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Now I have called my server administrator godaddy and there were clueless on how to fix the problem

GoDaddy should be able to supply the server error logs for your website, which usually provide useful information to find what caused the error. Fixing the error is step 2.

unfortunately godaddy was no help there weren’t able to send me an server error log. Back to square one.

If they can’t sent the server error log, then I’d recommend switching to a different webhost.
