create thumbnail option missing from image upload
Hi
I have txp installed on my intranet, it is working fine but the option to create thumbnails when uploading images is missing.
I have searched through the preferences in the admin section and cannot see anything relating to this.
I did wonder if it was because I might not have the necessary php image module installed.
Any one any ideas?? please??

Once an image is uploaded, you get the opportunity to create a thumbnail.

yep, I know that. The point I am making is that in this installation that option is missing. You can upload a thumbnail, but there is no option to ‘create’ one from the existing image. This has never happened in any of my other many textpattern installations.
Anyone any idea?

it says all checks passed. Would the full readout be helpful?
I thought maybe it was adblock in firefox or even a browser problem but the same thing occurs in IE

ah, says GD not available, and after several hours trying to get it available I have decided to do without that feature!
