styling own admin interface
i’m currently making a new stylesheet for my admin interface. there are things i’m uncertain about. at first i thought the primary and secondary tabs have the same color but i figured the secondary tabs are lighter than the primary tabs. so i’m assuming the primary and secondary tabs should look slighty different. of course, never forget the active tabs that should stand out.
can anybody give me the classes for the primary, secondary, and active tabs? it’ll be the same look as the default but with several changes based off this palette:
just so you get an idea of what colors my admin interface is going to incorporate with.

Thou shalt use the source :).
td.tabup– current/active tabtd.tabdown– inactive tab#nav-primary td– top row#nav-secondary td– bottom row

there’s a class for inactive tabs? why is it available if there’s the primary and secondary anyway??

Don’t bother reading the stylesheet – it doesn’t make much sense (i.e., not-ok). Firebug + descendant selectors will be a lot simpler.

Firebug? You mean that extension used for the browser? It would be nifty to point at a spot in a webpage and it can pick up a class or something.
EDIT: AH! I just downloaded the extension. It’s fkn awesome! Thanks for the tip :D

Files that cannot be found (admin files listing check); they show up as red.

What do you guys think? Not much difference there. Just the branding, logo, color of tabs and buttons, removal of dropdown menus, etc. Not fully completed, just a look at the progress.
ps. why won’t the image appear? o.O

The image you posted in 500×400 – at that size I can tell there are some color changes and a few other differences – but if you’d like any real feedback how about a screenshot that’s actual size? :)
