Re: jmd_img_selector: Thickbox-style image selector
Did any of the alternate versions I sent via email (awhile ago) ever work?
Doh! I forgot about those. [hanging head in shame]
Even though my kid is 10 months old now – can I still use the “new dad fog” as an excuse?
I know – I’m really milking that one.
I’ll check ‘em out and report back.

I was thinking about that too, especially with the body-images. I think a form control in the selector itself might be best.
yeah, like a checkbox that says “multiple images” (of course it should be off by default ;) )

Jm, (Hakjoon too if you’re following)
Is there a way to make the insert as "body"
work with hak_tinyMCE?
I know there’s TXPimage for hak_tinyMCE – but using that with jm_img_selector creates confusion (2 places to attach/insert images.)
Just thought I’d throw it out there.

Re: jmd_img_selector: Thickbox-style image selector
Hi friends,
I just returned from a long holiday and was wondering where to download the latest version of jm’s wonderful plugin?

Re: jmd_img_selector: Thickbox-style image selector
Nevermind, found it
But this version (0.2a) throws up an error when browsing to any tab in the admin:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '(', expecting '}' in /content/StartupHostPlus/q/u/domainname.com/web/textpattern/lib/txplib_misc.php(574) : eval()'d code on line 60
The above errors were caused by the plugin:jmd_img_selector
Any ideas?

Masa,
I think 1.0b1. is the latest.
See the first post of the thread.

Sadly that produces the same result, but I think I’ve found the culprit: the host is still on PHP 4!
In fact reviewing previous posts me and others had encountered similar problems earlier
So I guess unless the host upgrades to PHP 5, I’m out of luck. :-(

Yikes. No PHP 5? Maybe time to move? :)

Re: jmd_img_selector: Thickbox-style image selector
I investigated a bit more and the thing is they do offer PHP 5, but in order to take advantage of it I would need to change the file extensions from .php
to .php5
according to their documentation.
I’m not by any means a programmer and this gives me the creeps, but I could sure use my text editor (Text Wrangler) to batch-convert the extensions including all hrefs in an entire Textpattern folder to .php5
.
The question is, would that break anything else?
Any insights would be very much appreciated!

Re: jmd_img_selector: Thickbox-style image selector
Hey Masa – does your host allow you to add AddHandler application/x-httpd-php5 .php
to your .htaccess file?
All – sorry about the delays in getting another beta out. Once this week is over, I should have some more time.

Re: jmd_img_selector: Thickbox-style image selector
hi jm- great plugin! just one little thing:
-when first activating the plugin, i tried to follow the instructions on the help. the text “create a new stylesheet” points to http://mysite.com/subdomain/index.php?event=jmd_img_selector
i figured out eventually it should point to http://mysite.com/subdomain/ textpattern /index.php?event=jmd_img_selector.
