How to assign specific users to specific categories ?

I would like to know how I assign specific users to specific categories ? If I can’t do this in a default installations, is there a plugin that can do this ?

TXP core doesn’t have that type of granular permissions in the core. You could accomplish this via a plugin but I haven’t seen one yet.
