Can I have registered users alone?
Like Movable Type and other blog software, can TextPattern also allow only registered users to comment on the articles?
How can this be done?
Thanks

Hi Smacks,
Just wrap the comment form in rvm_privileged

I hope you enabled it too.
What you need to do is go to Presentation>Forms>comment_form
and add:
<txp:rvm_if_privileged>
Your existing comment_form code here
</txp:rvm_if_privileged>

Re: Can I have registered users alone?
Dear colak,
I added the code you’ve shown above and now the comment form isnt showing up and nor is the login box showing up. How will a registered member be able add content if neither link is available? Please help.
Thanks

colak,
I will continue seeking answer to this question in that thread itself, instead of asking it here..
