All those subcategories must be murder to navigate, not user friendly at all. If you’re doing it for SEO, just create long filenames instead.
Nope, it’s not for seo either. Long links are bad, so one or two good word(s) is much better than multiple words:
In example: house.com/rentable-department/ottawa
is better than find-your-house-from-states.us/main/directory/houses/departments/rent/city/ottawa/
It’s also hard to remember, and killer to navigate. It also looks more like MFA/fake site than real website with good information. But, yes, TXP do need a good subsection url schema.
