Another SEO question!
For some experts the use of attribute rel=“nofollow” into link tags is a very bad idea and could degrease Page Rank.
What’s your opinion?

I thought one main reason for adding rel="nofollow" was to decrease the incentive for people to spam blog comments and forum posts with links to their own pages as it carries no “link love”. Whether people actually do post less is another matter. There’s a discussion of pros and cons on wikipedia
