xmlrpc notice in diag

Just a thought, but as someone who doesn’t use the xmlrpc facility or even upload the folder I think the notice in “Diagnostics” that the folder doesn’t exist is superfluous. Would it be possible for diag to check the preference setting first, and if it is set to “No” ignore the missing folder and not output the notice?

No. Diagnostics should report if any part of TXP has been damaged or removed.

Re: xmlrpc notice in diag

Fair enough but do you think you could fix those other 2 files which keep showing up as “modified” when they aren’t please? I’m referring to /include/txp_preview.php and /lib/constants.php. I’m sure I’ve mentioned them before but nothing has been done with them yet. If we are going to be strict about what the diag page displays, and I’m happy to accept what you say above, then it ought to be correct in all aspects methinks.

I should also add that those 2 files do not appear in the “You are running in-development files on a live server” listing.
