Best way to implement a contact form with upload capability?

What would be the best way to implement a contact form with upload capabilities in txp? And would it be possible to integrate it cleanly with txp so that I could utilize txp’s download tags?

Any direction you can point me in would be appreciated. I did search for an option, but didn’t come across anything.

You could modify the zem_contact_reborn plugin.
