Recycle bin - for users with to fast hand and slow brains :)
Would be great to create some sotrage, where deleted articles, forms, pages and so on could live :) Maybe not very long, but some time would be useful for some users (me to…) There could be an option, like for logs, to clear “ишт” every x months\days\hours\minutes
Providing help in hacking ATM! Come to courses and don’t forget to bring us notebook and hammer! What for notebook? What a kind of hacker you are without notebok?

if you delete an article is it actually deleted from the database or just flagged as deleted?

It’s blatted there and then, never to be seen or heard from again except perhaps via the Wayback Machine.
