Online Payment + Textpattern

Warmest Greetings! Again Back to Forum, I am building a website in textpattern. I want to have Online Payment system(For the Donation) in my website. How could achieve this system in my web? If you idea on this, or plugin for this, help me.

Appreciating All and Hoping to get solutions from this forum.

If you only want donations and you are willing to use paypal, so go to paypal, create an account and
follow the instructions on their site for a paypal donation button. It’s only a html form snippet, which you can place in your website.

Hi trenc, Thank you for your quick reply.

Old existing website use USAepay Gateway. So, from this gate way, how should I proceed? and I have following fields like title, firstname,lastname,address,city,satate,zip,country, email, phone, gift_for.. etc I need to have those fields on forms and want to insert record into a table (for the record who paid what and from where & others info) as well as online payment.

Oh,
I see you want a real shop and not only a donation button. So maybe a shop plugin out there will fit your needs:

I don’ know how is the status of TextCommerce.
For Yab Shop I can say: A order management is not implemented this time, but it’s in the roadmap. It has paypal support but not USAepay. But will the time come, maybe I can implement more payment methods.

For now you can use the USAepay api and list of variables to hack one the shop plugins or your existing form. Or you can create one, which fits your needs. I’ve seen they have an own php-lib.

Greetings from Sheru! I have again back to this thread.
I have a couple of questions. Sorry for bother you.

I am doing one of the small non profit organization who is seeking online donation(using credit card) from its donor. The payment gate may be PayPal. Using this gate way, How should I output field fields on form using Yabo plugins. As I need show following fields in my form.

1. title[Mr,Mrs, Ms]
2. First Name
3.Last Name
4.City
5.State
6.Zip
7. —Select Country—[list of countries in dropdown box]
8. Day phone Number
9.Night phone Number
10. this is my first gift(using radio button check) I have already given
11. —Select Gift type—[drop down box]
12.Amount
There is an additional 3% fee for the online service

Hi Sheru,

if you only want a donation button, you don’t need a plugin.
Only follow the instructions on the paypal site: https://www.paypal.com/IntegrationCenter/ic_standard_home.html#DonationButtons

This produces a simple button which will forward the donator to paypal.
