Preflight problem and help document
I have successfully instaled TXP in a subdirectory of an existing website. The diagnostics show one pre-flight problem: “Site URL preference might be incorrect: www.siba.net”
When I try to access the help document (? next to message), I get the following message: “The help doc you requested does not exist. If you got here via a link from the Textpattern interface, this means it has not yet been created.”
How can I change the site URL to be correct?
I run TXP 4.0.4 and here is the diagnostics info (high):

If you installed it in a subdirectory, www.siba.net is not correct – it needs to be www.siba.net/subdirectory.
Edit: Whoops. I see TXP knows the subdirectory – does clicking “View Site” take you to the site?

Yes “View Site” takes me to the site. Do I have to worry then about the diagnostics message?

You don’t need the “www”. It should just be siba.net or as jm mentions above and I agree, siba.net/siba_textpattern

The Site URL as it is set now (www.siba.net/siba_textpattern) appears to be working correctly. For some reason Textpattern can’t correctly guess the URL that is actually used to visit the diagnostics page, which causes the mismatch error.
I’ve added a help text for the popup help button (it was missing).

Thanks guys. Since “View Site” is working and I can’t see any other complications, I will continue with the site now. It will be interesting to see, once I move the site + textpattern from the subfolder to the root domain in a couple of weeks.
