Can I add width and height to images using textile ?

I´m using the exclamation marks to insert pictures, but can I also add width and heigth using textile ?

It seems that Textile cannot add atribute height\width. But you can do like this:

!{height:50px;width:30px}http://clip2net.com/clip/m2737/1211444208-clip-1kb.png!
↓
<img src="http://clip2net.com/clip/m2737/1211444208-clip-1kb.png" style="height:50px;width:30px;" alt="" />

I prefer using the textpattern tag (<txp:image id="##" />)as I do not need to do any changes either to the articles or templates should I decide to change the image.
