[request] toggle off/on for groups of forms

I was wondering if anyone can create a plugin to toggle on/off on groups of forms. So a group of article forms, a group of misc forms, and so on. So a text saying Misc, Article, Links and so on then each of them can be clicked on to toggle on/off just like those things in Write tab.
