Archives

I am interested in making an archive page that has a list of all my categories with a post count next to it. An then if a user selects a category they are taken to a details archive page for that category where all the posts are listed by date. Does anyone have any ideas for to do this or a tutorial?

There are plugins such as rss_suparchive which have everything you need.
