What does sort="css" do?

In reading the wiki page for section_list, I found:

sort=“sort value(s)” How to sort the resulting list. Available values: name, page, css, is_default, in_rss, on_frontpage, searchable, title, rand() (random). Default is name asc.

I tried sort=“css” out. It does change the order, but I can’t figure out what the new order is based on. Any tips appreciated.

Re: What does sort="css" do?

It’s not a very useful sort order. It sorts based on the name of the style sheet assigned to that section. Name and Title are the most useful fields to sort on.
