Upload files through a form
Hi,
I am looking for a way I can create a form on the site where users can upload files — these files will be emailed to whatever email address I specify. Kind off like a contact form but with a file upload option.
Would anyone know of a ready-made plugin? or would I have to create the script myself? I have no problem creating the script but just thought it would be easier if it existed already :) Also, I haven’t used raw php on txp yet, so that will be new for me.
Cheers,
Elle

There is one, but you have to ask for it via e-mail, for security reasons:

there are many uploading scripts on hotscripts which i’m sure can be integrated into a TXP page with little problem.

Re: Upload files through a form
Thank you for the suggestions. Steve from netcarving.com has been very quick and very helpful — but I guess I didn’t express myself clear enough :). I am looking for a form that will email a pdf file, not upload it to my site and not store it on my server.
I am going to check hotscripts next — but still does anyone know of a txp plugin that does that?
Thanks

Re: Upload files through a form
I’ve created this PHP mailer form: http://designbyelle.com.au/2008/04/23/php-mailer-form-with-file-attachment/
Usually, when I integrate a form in a page, I use this code: http://pastebin.com/m661e40a2
Do I just insert my code within <txp:php>…</txp:php>?
