"Commenting is closed for this article." >>> WHY???

For some reason my older articles say that comments are closed. WHY???

What’s the individual article’s setting for comments (in the “More” section of the write screen)?

Textpattern won’t turn comments off by itself. So there’s three possibilities:

  1. a plugin
  2. long overnight blogging causes random strikes of mouseclicks
  3. a massive case of “blogger’s oblivion”

What do you have set under
Preferences – Comments – Disabled after -
