[SOLVED] Problem saving advanced preferences
I have installed textpattern on my server and everything looks to be working but when I try and save changes made to the advanced preferences I get the following error:
Forbidden – You don’t have permission to access /textpattern/index.php on this server.
Can anyone shed any light on this?

Looks like a hosting issue, mod_security comes to mind.
Try to upload a new file named .htaccess into your /textpattern folder which contains:
<IfModule mod_security.c>
SecFilterScanPOST Off
</IfModule>This file does not exist in a default Textpattern install.
