change the date format

Hi I need another help please.
I want to change the date format,
from d.mm.yy = 1.12.07
to dd.mm.yy = 01.12.07

I made a search and found the link to the next page: PHP manual

but what is going on that page if f**king crazy!!!
so I didn’t understand anything :(

I will love to get the code that I need to insert into <txp:posted format="?" /> please.

but it’s displaying 01.12.2007
and not 01.12.07 (dd.mm.yy) like I want it to :(
any other code please?

The y in Ruud’s code needs to be lower-case. :)

Use a small “y” so %y
