Category defaults

When creating a new section or category, if you key in blobble both the name and the title will be in lowercase. If you key in Blobble, both the name and the title will be capitalised. Do you think it would be a good idea if, no matter what case or caps are used, the name defaulted to lowercase? Experienced users, if they really want to, could still change these as they can do now.

Also, is there any chance at all that all category lists could be displayed on the front page, even if Use front page is set to No for a particular section? The workarounds are a bit messy, imho.

Re: Category defaults

Asked for many times before. Yes, it should. There is a problem: non-English and what strtolower() can handle. Hence it’s a feature idea slated for crockery.
