The order of comments

I would like the default order of comments to be reversed so that the newest comment appears at the top of the list instead of being more or less hidden down at the bottom if there are more than a few comments.

I’ve tried to search for an answer in this forum, but either I’m not as smart as I think on a good day or the search engine has a will of its own.
