Problem with PHP poll script

I would like to include this poll script in txp.

When I include it in simple php file, everything works fine. But when I try to
include it in txp I got this error:

tag_error <txp:php> -> Warning: array_key_exists() [function.array-key-exists]: The second argument should be either an array or an object on line 169
ERROR: An invalid poll ID was submitted.

Now, poll ID is not invalid, that is for sure. Everything is the same like in the simple php file.

Any suggestion how can I make this work and what might be the problem?

Or does anybody knows some good poll script to recommend?
