I have just come from WordPress to Txp, and I loved this plugin: http://meidell.dk/archives/2004/09/04/nested-comments/
Is their something similar for Txp? xxx

Yes, there is cha_comment_reply though I didn’t manage to get it to work properly some months ago.
If I remember correctly it worked only with messy urls, but I suggest you to try it directly
